Role Play Videos
- The training videos are designed to show examples of typical conversations that can unfold during the G-AP process
- Each training video portrays fictional scenarios based on fictional characters – Alice and Tom
- To illustrate different approaches, two different scenarios (A & B) are played out for Alice and Tom
- Staff members are acting in these scenarios (so don’t expect Oscar performances ☺)
- The videos are not intended to show a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to deliver G-AP in practice. Instead, they are designed to provide examples to reflect on and discuss
- We have tried to keep the videos short; we know these conversations can take longer in real life practice situations
